Culturally Connected Communications (C3) is a minority-owned diversity marketing, communications, and public relations firm located in Little Rock, Arkansas. C3 was founded in 2014 by Pam Jones, a former vice-president of public relations and account services for CJRW, one of the largest marketing and advertising agencies in Arkansas. Since launching in November 2014, C3 has successfully implemented statewide educational campaigns that resonate with both general marketing and diverse audiences. C3 has partnered with Arkansas-based marketing firms to educate and inform Arkansans about the Health Insurance Marketplace and Arkansas Private Option Enrollment, provided strategic guidance and support for the Statewide Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Program’s Stamp Out Smoking campaign and implemented media relations programs for Arkansas Parks and Tourism. C3 developed the rebrand and promotional materials for the city of Little Rock’s West Central Sports Complex campaign launch.
